THESE ARE THE BASIC RULES FOR INDY F.O.G. TOURNAMENTS

  SAFETY RULES:
  1.  Maximum Speed is 285 fps.  NO exceptions!!
   2.  PLAYERS WILL HAVE MASKS ON AT ALL 
        TIMES WHILE ON THE FIELD OF PLAY!!! Players
         will have masks on when entering or leaving 
         the field fo play and while entering and leaving the
        chrono and/or the free fire zones.
   3.   The Free fire zone is an area clearly marked off
        around the Chrono area. THIS IS THE ONLY AREA
        PLAYERS CAN TEST FIRE THEIR MARKERS !!!!
        THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
    4. Players will have barrel plugs or condoms on their
        markers when entering and leaving the Chrono area
        and/or the Free fire zone.
    5. Players will have barrel plugs or condoms on their
        markers when entering or leaving the field of play.
    6. THERE WILL BE NO DISCHARGING OF MARKERS
        IN ANY AREA NOT MARKED FOR THIS ACTIVITY!!
    7. Any violations of these basic safety rules will result in
        point deductions to the offending player(s) team!!!
       The total of points deducted for these violations will be
       explained in the Scoring and Points section of these
        rules.
 
 
     GAME RULES:
     1. Games will be 5,7 or 10 minutes duration
           depending on game scenario.
       2. All teams and team members must be ready
           when they are called to the line for  their turn
           to compete or the team in question will play
           a player(s) short or forfeit the game.
       3. Game refs will take both teams to their starting
           points. Game refs will inform players when to
           remove condoms and/or barrel plugs.
       4. Games will begin on game refs command and
           only then.
       5. Referrees will keep time and score points and
           note any violations while game is on.
       6. Any player(s) from either team can ask for a
           time check at any point during competition.
       7. All games will end at the expiration of  time
           allowed.
       8. At this point all players will cease competition,
           put condoms or barrel plugs on their markers
           and exit the field of play by the quickest route.
       9. Masks will be on until players reach exit points
           designated prior to game play.
     10. At this point players from both teams will go to
           Chrono area to be re-chronoed. The ref at the
           Chrono area will determine if there will be any  
           penalties accessed at this point and he /she
           will notify scoring ref as to any penalties . 
           Remember: Masks will be on when in the
           Chrono area!!!!!
